2002 Kx14 occultation__ 2014 May 11

Discussion:

The circle above is plotted at the expected 420 km diameter of 2002 Kx14. With no positive chords we cannot say where the actual path was, so the circle has been plotted on the original predicted path from 2011 that was in OW.
Clearly that prediction was out of date, probably as the orbit of 2002 Kx14 had been refined.

Comments: Thin cloud, occasional wind shake and brightening dawn sky made difficult observation.
  By 18:36 the iamge of the 14.6 target was lost in sky glow Reasonably certain
 no event up to 18:33:50, all faint stars lost visually 
& by Tangra ca 18:33:55 and 18:34:43, then just visible again until 18:36.
